By using Litigate Just, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
• All donations are final unless a refund is approved by an administrator.
• Fundraisers must use funds solely for the legal purpose stated in their campaign.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user or campaign that violates our rules or applicable laws.
• Stripe processes all payments securely. We do not store your payment information.
